it’s much more safe than aspirin ,

used for Children , Pregnant women , Patients with hyper-acidity Or using anticogulants

in fact,  Large doses cause  Nausea , Vomiting , Diarrhea

& also it causes severe hepato-toxicity + central lobular necrosis

Due to the formation of toxic metabolite “NAPQI”

Hint : Ingestion of 15 gms of paracetamol could be fatal

What is the Antidote of Paracetamol Toxicity?

It is N–Acetyl Cysteine (Nac)
